This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Stridaro. Stridaro is designed as a privacy-focused activity tracking application. Your workout records and related activity information are processed and stored locally on your device. 1. Information Processed by the App Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, Stridaro may process the following information on your device: Activity and Workout Information The App may process information such as: Workout type Workout start and end time Workout duration Step count Distance Speed and pace Estimated calories burned Daily activity goals Goal completion progress Workout history Achievements and activity statistics This information is used to provide activity tracking, workout history, progress statistics, and achievement features. Motion and Fitness Information With your permission, Stridaro may access motion and fitness information provided by your device, such as step counts and movement information. This information is processed only to provide the activity tracking features you request. Location Information When you start an outdoor activity, such as outdoor running, walking, cycling, or hiking, Stridaro may request access to your device’s location. Location information may be used to: Track movement during an outdoor workout Calculate distance Calculate speed and pace Support route-related workout functions Location information is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers controlled by us. App Preferences The App may store preferences such as: Daily activity goals Selected workout types Notification preferences Display settings App configuration settings These preferences are stored locally on your device. 2. Information We Collect Stridaro does not require you to create an account. We do not collect or transmit your workout history, location information, motion and fitness information, personal identifiers, or app preferences to servers controlled by us. Your activity data remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to remove it. 3. Device Permissions Stridaro may request access to certain device permissions, including: Location Motion and Fitness Notifications Permissions are requested only when needed to provide a related feature. You can review, disable, or change these permissions at any time through your device’s Settings application. Some features may not work correctly if the necessary permission is disabled. 4. How Information Is Used Information processed locally by Stridaro is used only to: Record workouts Calculate workout statistics Display activity history Measure daily goal progress Provide achievements Improve your personal activity experience Save your selected settings and preferences We do not use your activity or location information for advertising, user profiling, or cross-app tracking. 5. Local Storage and Data Retention Your activity records and preferences are stored locally within the App’s storage area on your device. The information remains on your device until: You delete an individual workout record You clear data through an available in-app feature You delete the App from your device Because we do not receive or store your local activity records on our servers, we cannot remotely access, recover, modify, or delete those records. Depending on your device settings, locally stored App information may be included in device backups or iCloud backups managed by Apple. We do not have access to or control over those backups. 6. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your locally stored activity information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Stridaro does not use your information for targeted advertising or tracking across apps or websites. Your device’s operating system and Apple services may process certain information when providing system features, permissions, backups, App Store services, or payment services. Such processing is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. 7. In-App Purchases If Stridaro offers optional in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information. Apple may provide the App with limited transaction information, such as purchase status, product identifier, and entitlement status, so that purchased features can be delivered. 8. Email Communications If you voluntarily contact us by email, we may receive: Your email address The contents of your message Any information or attachments you choose to provide This information is used only to respond to your question, support request, or feedback. We do not use support emails for advertising or sell them to third parties. Security We use reasonable measures to help protect information handled by the App. Because your activity information is stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device. We recommend using device security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. No storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 10. Children’s Privacy Stridaro is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require an account and does not transmit activity information to our servers, we do not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children. If you believe that a child has sent personal information to us by email, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate. 11. International Data Transfers Stridaro does not transfer locally stored workout, motion, fitness, or location information to our servers in any country. If you contact us by email, your email provider may process your communication in accordance with its own infrastructure and privacy practices. 12. Your Privacy Choices You remain in control of the information stored by Stridaro. You may: Decline optional device permissions Disable permissions in device Settings Delete individual workout records Delete locally stored information through available App controls Delete the App to remove its locally stored information Contact us to request deletion of email correspondence Because we do not maintain user accounts or store your workout information on our servers, no server-side account deletion request is required. 13. Third-Party Links and Services Stridaro may contain links that open external websites or services, such as support pages or Apple services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing information to them. 14. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, privacy practices, or legal requirements change. When changes are made, the updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Stridaro after an update means that the revised policy applies to your use of the App. 15.
